Cut the yarn with enough left over for fasten off later. Mark the position of the beak beforehand with long pins. Sew the beak to the head. Stuff the beak as you go.
Wings

Sew on the wing on the body with the curved part facing downwards (looking to the feet). Weave in the yarn.
