Sew the pieces together:

  1. Wrap the yarn around the circle twice, then cut it, leaving a tail to sew the moon pieces together.
  2. Fold the moon.
  3. Align the front and back pieces of the moon, making sure the stitches that face each other are lined up. Using a tapestry needle, sew through only the back loop of the stitch on the front piece and the front loop of the stitch on the back piece. This method creates a clean, seamless join.
  4. Begin stuffing the moon once you've sewn about halfway.

Attach the keychain:

  1. Once you've sewn the pieces together, connect the moon to your keychain by securely fastening the keychain loop to the top of the moon with the active yarn.
  2. Secure the end by weaving it in.
