I was quite impressed with all the comprehensive information provided before actually getting to the pattern.
I had a little difficulty crocheting the head to the body and had to do it over, but then I seemed to get it right.
My bear turned out about 6-7" longer than I expected, based on the approximate finished sizes given.
Overall, though, the pattern and video were very good and I am happy with how it turned out.

The pdf was beautiful (33 pages) and I found the (full!) video very helpful. Even though I consider myself a beginner, and the pattern was not made for beginners, I was able to make it. I have not yet learned to 'yarn under', perhaps next time.

The only downside was that I reached out to the creator on instagram with a question and I have not yet received a reply 13 days later.

I had been wanting to try this out for ages! I have 2 friends having babies this summer, so I decided to make this sweet lovey!
This works up incredibly fast, it was easy to follow along with, and the “crochet school” tips introduced me to a better way to color change!
I made 2: one doing yarn under and one doing yarn over. Yarn under will give you a much firmer feel, while yarn over will make it loose!
I highly recommend this pattern, even if you’ve never made stuffed animals before!
