Yes, you're welcome to sell finished items made from my patterns. The sale of the self-crocheted item is allowed in small quantities if it is accompanied by a reference to my as the designer. Wholesale production of this design using this pattern is not allowed.

The manufacturer/creator of the finished item is solely responsible for ensuring that the product complies with all applicable local safety regulations and standards (e.g., CE marking in the EU, the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and ASTM F963 Toy Safety Standard in the USA, etc.).

As the pattern designer, I provide instructions only and have no control over the materials used, the workmanship, or the production quality of the finished item.
